At Fritzi After School, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital art kits and educational materials that inspire creativity and learning. As all our products are fully digital and delivered via download (including PDFs, videos, and resource files), there is no need for physical returns.

We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we do offer refunds in certain situations. If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, please contact us within seven days so we can verify the duplicate purchase and issue a refund. In cases where technical issues prevent you from downloading or accessing the product, and our support team is unable to resolve the problem within three business days, a full refund will be issued. We also provide refunds if the files you receive are corrupted, incomplete, or do not match the product description, and we are unable to provide corrected versions within a reasonable timeframe. Additionally, if you receive access to a product that is different from what you ordered, please inform us within five days and we will either replace it with the correct version or issue a full refund.

However, we are unable to offer refunds in cases where the reason is a simple change of mind, incompatibility with your device or software (we recommend checking file formats before purchase), or if you later decide you do not have time or interest to use the product. Refund requests made more than fourteen days after the original purchase date also cannot be accepted.

To request a refund, please contact us at help@fritziafter-s.xyz with your full name, order number, reason for the refund request, and any relevant screenshots or files. We aim to respond within two business days, and if your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within five to seven business days.
